By popular request, I’m starting a blog to publish updates about things I’m doing in the Bitcoin community, consisting mostly of the following:
1. Creating physical Bitcoin products including Casascius Coins
2. Coming up with new ideas and promoting them because I believe they will enhance Bitcoin security and usability. Some ideas I’m currently trying to promote include encrypted paper wallets, two-factor physical bitcoins, and a crypto-based self-escrow scheme.
3. Releasing software tools and enhancements that implement or demonstrate proof-of-concept for ideas I’d like to promote. My main tool is my Bitcoin Address Utility for Windows (written using .NET, so it will also run on Linux and Mac OS using Mono.)
I can’t think of a better place to do this than WordPress, given their recent public support for Bitcoin!
